19 of Nova Scotia’s top swimmers will be competing at the Canadian Olympic and Para-Swimming Trials in Toronto, Ontario at the Toronto Pan Am Sport Centre. The competition begins on Tuesday April 5th and will wrap up on Sunday April 10th.
This will be Swimming Canada’s flagship event of the season, with Canada’s best swimmers racing to represent the country at the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Rio this summer. Swimming Canada will also be selecting swimmers to the 2016 Junior Pan Pacific Championships (August 13-28 in Maui, Hawaii), and to the 2016 FINA World Short Course Swimming Championships (Windsor, ON in December).
In total approximately 350 swimmers from across Canada and other Countries will be competing.
