HTAC Wins Top Overall Team at the 2018 Ken Dunn NS Provincial Championships

  

 

Swim Nova Scotia is pleased to announce the results from this past weekend’s 2018 Ken Dunn Nova Scotia Provincial Swimming Championships in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  Swim Scotia co-hosted the event with the Dartmouth Crusaders Swim Club at Dalplex Pool. Approximately 300 swimmers from Atlantic Canada and Ontario were in attendance.

 

Top Overall Team: Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club

Top Female Team: Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club

Top Male Team: St. John’s Legends

 

Nova Scotia Individual High Point Award winners were as follows:

13 & Under Female- Madison Bond, Truro Centurions Swim Club

13 & Under Male-  Dalton Brace, Mount Pearl Marlins

14-15 Female- Brooklyn Douthwright, Codiac Vikings Aquatic Club

14-15 Male- Hayden Bartoch, Halifax Wavecutters Aquatic Club

16 & Female Over/OPEN- Ava Vial, Wolfville Tritons Swim Club

16 & Male Over/OPEN- Alec Karlsen, Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club & Noah Cumby, St. John’s Legends Swim Club

Nova Scotia’s top swimmers are gearing up for the Canadian Swimming Trials in Edmonton, Alberta July 18-22; and top Junior swimmers are getting ready for the Canadian Junior Championships in Winnipeg, MB July 25-30th.
