Port Hawkesbury Antigonish Swim Team & Swim Nova Scotia will be co-hosting AA Winter Champs Friday February 14-Sunday February 16 at the Oland Aquatic Centre in Antigonish!
Session Reports & Psych Sheets are now available (as of Feb 11).
Note the Men’s 15 & Over 400m Free Relay will swim with the Men’s 13-14 400m Free Relay (will be seeded by time)
Sunday Finals will begin 1-hour earlier- 2:00pm warm-up for 3:30pm start
Split Warm-Ups as follows:
o Prelims Daily-7:30-8:15a|Finals Fri/Sat-3:00-3:45p|Finals Sun- 2:00-2:45p
- 13 & Under Girls/12 & Under Boys
o Prelims Daily-8:15-9:00a|Finals Fri/Sat-3:45-4:30p|Finals Sun- 2:45-3:30p
- 14 & Over Girls/13 & Over Boys
Medal Presentations– these will take place during finals immediately after each race (during the following heat). The podium will be set up at the start end of the pool near the emergency exit (deck level). Parents/family/friends may take photos from the upper level viewing area (no deck access for parents/family/friends).
Facility Reminders–
o No outdoor footwear on deck
o No glass on deck

Duration: 1.25 hours
Prerequisite: Level 1 Officials Certification
Location: 59 The Heights, Antigonish, NS (residential location)
Friday February 14 “Inspector of Stroke and Judge of Turns“.
Presenter: Kelley Polley
Time: 15 minutes after the conclusion of Session 1 at Winter Champs, Antigonish
Duration: 1.50 hours
Prerequisite: Level 1 Certification
Location: Alumni Aquatic Centre, StFX University, Officials Room (2nd floor in behind the Observation Gallery, Antigonish, NS
