Psych Sheets and Session Reports are now available for AA Winter Champs hosted by WTSC Feb 15-17, 2019 at the Acadia University Pool in Wolfville.

Assignment of Officials as of February 14th v2. Officials and timers are still needed for all sessions, please contact Lynn with your preferred position(s) and availability.

Please note the following important information:

  • Parking on Friday before 5:00pm at the Acadia Athletics Complex (the pool) will be limited to the north side of the parking lot closer to the dykes (past the parking meters).

Split Warm-Ups for all six sessions as follows:

Daily Prelims:

  • 7:30-8:15am- 12 & under girls, 12 & under boys, 13-year-old-girls
  • 8:15-9:00am- 13-year-old boys,14-year-old girls, 14-year-old boys, 15+ girls, 15+ boys

Daily Finals:

  • 3:00-3:45pm- 12 & under girls, 12 & under boys, 13-year-old-girls
  • 3:45-4:30pm- 13-year-old boys, 14-year-old girls, 14-year-old boys, 15+ girls, 15+ boys
  • Reminder that the top 6 males and females in the 800m & 1500m Free will swim in the finals sessions (as a mixed heat)- this is reflected in the psych sheets
  • Events #11 & #12 will be combined (during prelims)
  • Events #47 & #48 will be combined (during prelims)
  • Event #20 will swim with event #19
  • Event #52 will swim with event #51

 

  • Parking on Friday before 5:00pm may be challenging on campus; parking passes may be required- stay tuned for additional information on this later this week
  • Friday evening the building will be busy with an Acadia Hockey Playoff game
  • Saturday the building will be busy upstairs with the Robotics competition.  Seating will not be available in the upstairs hallway
  • Just a reminder to spectators in the bleachers that there is an occupancy limit of 148
