Competition Begins Today at the 2019 Canadian Junior Swimming Championships

10 of Nova Scotia’s top junior swimmers will begin competing today at the 2019 Canadian Junior Swimming Championships in Calgary, AB at the Repsol Sports Centre. The pool competition wrap-ups Sunday July 28th and the Open Water races will take place Monday July 29th at Lake Chaparral.

Some of Canada’s top young swimmers will be looking to make their mark at The Canadian Junior Swimming Championships; this is the highest national-level competition for swimmers aged 18 years and under. In total, approximately 550 swimmers from 130 clubs across Canada are expected to compete.

Prelims begin at 9:00am and finals begin at 5:30pm local time daily.
