Silver for Feschuk at the Canadian Age Group National Championships

Olivia Feschuk of the Halifax Trojans earned herself a silver medal today in the women’s 200m Individual Medley with a season best time of 2:21.60; Olivia also placed ninth in the women’s 400m Freestyle during the final day of pool competition of the 2013 Canadian Age Group National Championships in Montreal at Parc Jean Drapeau Aquatic Complex.

14-year-old Sarah Polley also of the Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club earned herself a new Nova Scotia long course Provincial Record in the women’s 50m Butterfly with a time of 29.44, where she placed fifth.

Competition wrapped up today for the Nova Scotia swimmers in attendance in Montreal, the Open Water events will take place on July 29th.

The Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club finished the meet in 24th place overall, they were the top placing team from Nova Scotia at the event.
