2021 Return to Swimming Virtual Challenges and Swim Meet Series

Swim Nova Scotia is excited to present our 2021 Return to Swimming Virtual Challenges and Swim Meet Series – this is available to all registered Age Group and Masters Swimmers to participate in at any time!

The overall goal behind the three monthly challenges and swim meet series is swimmer retention. We hope that there is enough variety in what we are presenting for you to pick and choose what fits best with your clubs needs and facility access.

We hope that the challenges will provide a chance for you to have in practice race simulations and motivate your swimmers. The offering of “non-traditional distances” allows Clubs to still create a competitive benchmark without conflicting with sanctioned racing initiatives. This initiative is meant to be delivered in and around a club’s designated training session and is optional for clubs to participate.

Random draw prizes will be selected the first of each month for the previous months challenges!!

The virtual swim meet series is meant to be delivered in a sanctioned time trial format; however, for those Clubs that are not able to do so, you may submit results for non-sanctioned events that will be tracked separately. Details on April’s David Fry Virtual Provincial Championships will be available in early March.

Random bell prizes will be selected following each competition window!
