AAA Age Group Development LCM #4 Meet Details
In preparation for the upcoming AAA LCM Meet hosted by Swim NS and HTAC this weekend at Dalplex, please see the Session Reports and Psych Sheets and take note of the following important information, including a revised start time on Saturday and share with your swimmers.
FACILITY ACCESS
Everyone must enter Dalplex Pool through the main entrance, through the turnstiles and check-in with the front desk staff.
Swimmers can use their bag tags from David Fry East Coast Champs in March. Swimmers can use these tags for quicker access through the turnstiles to avoid check-in. Those that do not have them will be required to check-in with staff.
The emergency doors will NOT be open this weekend.
800m FREESTYLE
800m Freestyle will require positive check-in by 12:30pm (on the door of the computer room under the scoreboard).
800m Freestyle will swim 1 per lane.
OFFICIALS
The Assignment of Officials are now available; we are still looking for timers and officials for both sessions; if you are interested/available, please email Paul with your availability.

TIMELINES
Please see the following summary of meet timelines and ensure swimmers/coaches, etc are not on the pool deck during the bulkhead times (meet times are included in the session reports, however, the bulkhead pull times are outlined below).
SATURDAY:
11:45am-12:45pm DALPLEX STAFF BULKHEAD PULL – EVERYONE OFF THE DECK
12:45-1:30pm Warm-ups (8 lanes LCM)
1:30pm- ~3:30pm Competition (8 lanes LCM) NOTE NEW START TIME (PUSHED BACK BY 15 MINUTES)
3:30pm-4:30pm DALPLEX STAFF BULKHEAD PULL – EVERYONE OFF THE DECK
SUNDAY:
11:00am-12:00pm DALPLEX STAFF BULKHEAD PULL – EVERYONE OFF THE DECK
12:00-12:45pm Warm-ups (8 lanes LCM)
12:45pm- ~3:15pm Competition (8 lanes LCM)
3:30pm-4:30pm DALPLEX STAFF BULKHEAD PULL – EVERYONE OFF THE DECK
OTHER
Coaches & Officials, please bring a reusable water bottle to refill on deck at one of the refill stations.
Canteen will be available throughout the weekend at the top of the bleachers, provided by HTAC.
Funkita will be on site selling aquatic merchandise, they will be located on the upper level in the old Dalplex reception area.
Just a reminder that the deck is reserved for swimmers entered in the meet, registered coaches entered in the meet through the SNC site and officials/volunteers that are scheduled to work a specific session. Please remind all of your parents and swimmers not entered in the meet to remain in the stands.
